Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2009

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Assistant General Counsel WILHELM RINAS made $163,395.40, Vice President, Operations, Southern Ontario DANIEL ATKINSON made $136,003.43, and Vice President, Operations, Northern Ontario & First Nations GEORGE TERRY round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $128,586.43 for the Ontario Clean Water Agency 2009 Sunshine List.
