Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2012

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Managing Director, Investment Accelerator Fund BARRY GEKIERE made $211,730.77, Practice Lead, Information Technology, Communications and Entertainment KRISTA JONES made $192,067.00, and Vice President, Talent JOANNE THOMSEN round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $189,183.00 for the MaRS Discovery District 2012 Sunshine List.
