Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2013

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Chief Operating Officer STEVE BOONE made $197,965.44, Chief Financial Officer DEBORAH SEVENPIFER made $182,507.13, and Senior Vice President Operations – Child and Family Development LINDA COTTES round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $177,047.31 for the YMCA of Greater Toronto 2013 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2012, 8 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 16 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 7 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 1 received between $200,001 and $250,000 at the YMCA of Greater Toronto.
