Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2015

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Right To Play International was Chief Financial Officer Dennis Lepholtz, who brought home $203,135.92 in 2014.

Following Dennis Lepholtz was Vice President Human Resources Karen Scanlan, with annual earnings of $169,744.12. Vice President Marketing and Communications Laura Currie Ryder made $167,622.26, Vice President Strategy and Systems David Danylewich made $158,603.66, and Vice President International Programs Evelyne Guindon round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $149,999.98 for the Right To Play International 2015 Sunshine List.

Breaking down the numbers

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2014, 3 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 4 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 3 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 1 received between $200,001 and $250,000 at the Right To Play International.
