Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2017

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following Anthony Griffin was Executive Director Dianne Carter, with annual earnings of $198,254.16. Chief Commissioner / Commissaire en chef Renu Mandhane made $146,198.00, Counsel Cathy Pike made $143,354.01, and Counsel Sunil Gurmukh round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $129,554.28 for the Ontario Human Rights Commission 2017 Sunshine List.
