Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2019

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Chief of Staff Dick Zoutman made $334,927.63, Vice President, Human Resources and Volunteer Services Rhonda Lewis made $329,355.48, and Vice President, Patient Services Mark Vimr round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $311,116.65 for the Scarborough Health Network 2019 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2018, 294 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 220 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 23 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 1 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 5 received between $250,001 and $300,000 , and 7 received over $300,000 at the Scarborough Health Network.
