Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2019

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Dean Tarlochan Sidhu made $273,614.88, Professor Douglas Holdway made $235,624.11, and Vice President, External Relations and Advancement Susan Mcgovern round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $235,365.48 for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology 2019 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2018, 33 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 126 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 75 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 19 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 3 received between $250,001 and $300,000 at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
