Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2023

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Community Living Toronto was Chief Executive Officer Brad Saunders, who brought home $213,050.04 in 2022.

Following Brad Saunders was Chief Business Solutions Office Casey Pruden, with annual earnings of $155,102.63. Chief Financial Officer Betty Yam made $148,126.92, Director, Information Technology and Business Solutions Aymen Ben Hassouna made $140,627.45, and Senior Director Operations Joseph Passaretti round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $133,095.14 for the Community Living Toronto 2023 Sunshine List.
