Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2023

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Vice President of Organizational and Operational Excellence Shannon Hunt made $191,587.83, Director of Prevention, Retention, Engagement and Resourcing Patricia Clausen made $141,101.72, and Director of Information Management and Technology Emad Karras round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $140,350.30 for the Public Services Health and Safety Association 2023 Sunshine List.
