Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2025
The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Infrastructure was Deputy Minister Ali Veshkini, who brought home $318,014.50 in 2024.
Following Ali Veshkini was Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure Programs and Projects Jill Vienneau, with annual earnings of $262,825.62. Assistant Deputy Minister, Realty Bruce Singbush made $240,926.92, Assistant Deputy Minister, Ontario Place Redevelopment Secretariat Michael Robertson made $220,024.59, and Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure Strategy, Policy and Research Julia Danos round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $217,305.61 for the Infrastructure 2025 Sunshine List.
