Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2000

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following LESLIE LEVIN was Senior Consultant CHARLES HOLLENBERG, with annual earnings of $234,536.81. Executive VP, Provincial Programs DONALD H. COWAN made $215,034.21, Head, Preventive Oncology RICHARD SCHABAS made $209,755.29, and CEO/Radiation Oncologist RANDALL BISSETT round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $208,855.24 for the Cancer Care Ontario 2000 Sunshine List.
