Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2002

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following DOUGLAS LYCHAK was General Manager Social and Public Health JOE-ANNE PRIEL, with annual earnings of $161,812.61. Acting City Manager JOSEPH RINALDO made $158,965.80, Gen. Mgr Transportation & Operations PETER CROCKETT made $145,762.56, and Gen. Mgr Community Planning & Dev. LEE ANN COVEYDUCK round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $143,422.08 for the City of Hamilton 2002 Sunshine List.
