Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2003

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Attorney General was Case Management Master ROBERT BEAUDOIN, who brought home $319,668.31 in 2002.

Following ROBERT BEAUDOIN was Case Management Master JULIAN POLIKA, with annual earnings of $314,284.33. Case Management Master MARY NOLAN made $314,284.33, Case Management Master CAROL ALBERT made $260,556.39, and Case Management Master CALUM MACLEOD round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $260,556.39 for the Attorney General 2003 Sunshine List.

Breaking down the numbers

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2002, 220 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 468 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 452 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 6 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 5 received between $250,001 and $300,000 , and 3 received over $300,000 at the Attorney General.
