Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2016

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following David Agnew was Vice President of Academic Elizabeth Joy Mckinnon, with annual earnings of $243,809.95. Vice President of Finance and Administration Amy Tong made $226,102.04, Chief Information Officer Roy Hart made $183,800.01, and Associate Vice President of Academic Partnerships Henry Decock round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $177,469.75 for the Seneca College 2016 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2015, 388 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 81 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 16 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 2 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 1 received between $250,001 and $300,000 at the Seneca College.
