Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2021

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Director, Food Safety and Environmental Policy Sharon Bailey made $201,746.65, Assistant Deputy Minister, Policy Philip Malcolmson made $195,525.46, and Director, Rural Programs Carolyn Hamilton round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $186,859.07 for the Agriculture, Food And Rural Affairs 2021 Sunshine List.
