Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2025

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Norfolk County was Chief Administrative Officer Alcino (Al) Meneses, who brought home $289,024.93 in 2024.

Following Alcino (Al) Meneses was General Manager, Operations William Cridland, with annual earnings of $168,901.04. General Manager, Corporate Services Heidy Van Dyk made $168,179.35, General Manger, Environmental and Infrastructure Services Andrew Grice made $167,743.99, and General Manager, Community Development David (Brandon) Sloan round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $163,850.16 for the Norfolk County 2025 Sunshine List.
