Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2025

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Every year, the Ontario government publishes its annual Sunshine List of public sector servants with six-figure salaries. According to the document, Ontario One Call's 14 staffers made the Sunshine List, earning total compensation of $2,314,781.16 in 2024.

At the top of the Ontario One Call Sunshine List

Topping the list for the Ontario One Call was Chief Operating Officer Katarzyna Gotsman, who brought home $276,446.06 in 2024.

Following Katarzyna Gotsman was Chief Strategy Officer Jean Lépine, with annual earnings of $253,452.12. Director of Information Technology Brandon Denton made $226,535.58, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer Anthony Martinello made $193,711.56, and Director of Compliance Ryan Mcafee round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $182,476.92 for the Ontario One Call 2025 Sunshine List.

Breaking down the numbers

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2024, 3 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 3 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 5 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 1 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 2 received between $250,001 and $300,000 at the Ontario One Call.
