Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 1998

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following BLAIR TULLY was Sr. Regulation Development Engineer PETER S. WONG, with annual earnings of $142,359.42. Specialist, Wastewater Optimization RAMANATHAN MANOHARAN made $138,915.56, Assistant Deputy Minister IVANKA WILE made $124,440.53, and Assistant Deputy Minister THOMAS L HORSWILL round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $124,045.94 for the Environment 1998 Sunshine List.
