Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2010

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following DAVID W. MCCABE was City Manager LLOYD FENNELL, with annual earnings of $147,495.73. Police Chief JAMES P. NELSON made $147,413.06, Director, Community Services TERRY MCCALLUM made $147,162.16, and Inspector, Police NORMAN HANSEN round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $134,558.45 for the City of Sarnia 2010 Sunshine List.
