Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2011
The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following GEORGE ROSS was Assistant Deputy Minister, Innovation & Commercialization Division ANTHONY ROCKINGHAM, with annual earnings of $170,591.61. Chief Executive Officer, Ontario Capital Growth Corporation JOHN MARSHALL made $138,887.22, Director, Commercialization Branch WILLIAM MANTEL made $136,915.47, and Director, Communications Branch DEBORAH SWAIN round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $136,915.47 for the Research & Innovation 2011 Sunshine List.
