Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2013
The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Legal Aid Ontario was President and Chief Executive Officer ROBERT WARD, who brought home $270,000.10 in 2012.
Following ROBERT WARD was Vice President And General Counsel SUSAN MCCAFFREY, with annual earnings of $187,119.42. Vice President And Chief Administrative Officer MICHELLE SEGUIN made $186,619.42, Vice President, Southwest Region JANET BUDGELL made $179,051.22, and Vice President, North, Central And Eastern Regions RANDALL ELLSWORTH round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $178,912.94 for the Legal Aid Ontario 2013 Sunshine List.
