Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2023

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following Susan Mcisaac was Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer Dennis Lepholtz, with annual earnings of $236,712.32. Chief People Officer Nicole Da Silva made $211,150.16, Chief Financial Officer David Danylewich made $207,943.57, and National Director Susan Vardon round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $190,550.10 for the Right To Play International 2023 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2022, 4 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 8 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 2 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 3 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 1 received between $250,001 and $300,000 at the Right To Play International.
