The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Ontario One Call was Chief Operations Officer Katarzyna Gotsman, who brought home $219,180.30 in 2023.

Following Katarzyna Gotsman was Chief Corporate Officer Jean Lepine, with annual earnings of $217,168.69. Director of Information Technology Brandon Denton made $165,026.33, Director of Industry Engagement Ian Simpson made $160,211.02, and Director of People and Performance Morgan Malinski round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $154,064.85 for the Ontario One Call 2024 Sunshine List.
