Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2024

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following Glenn Cullen was Vice President, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Henrietta Van Hulle, with annual earnings of $193,954.30. Senior Director, Client and Employee Experience Rebekah Warner made $160,073.18, Senior Director, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Patricia Clausen made $156,584.52, and Vice President, Organizational and Operational Excellence Shannon Hunt round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $155,691.97 for the Public Services Health and Safety Association 2024 Sunshine List.

Breaking down the numbers

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2023, 13 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 12 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 4 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 1 received between $200,001 and $250,000 at the Public Services Health and Safety Association.
